BIO
Meghan West is a visual artist living on the unceded traditional territory of the Squamish, Musqueam and Tsleil-Waututh Nations (Vancouver BC). She works primarily in print media and soft sculpture. Her work explores notions of gendered labour through themes of care and re-use, with consideration for the complex relationship between bodies and textiles.
She has exhibited locally in group shows with James Black Gallery, Hot Art Wet City, Maladjusted Collective and others.
